Start as Franklin and identify the actual target
Complications follows Repossession. Begin as Franklin at Simeon’s Premium Deluxe Motorsport in Pillbox Hill. Your target is a yellow Karin BeeJay XL inside the Rockford Hills house, not the work pickup used later as a climbing aid. An ordinary car is sufficient for the outward trip; weapons, purchased equipment and an upgraded stealth skill are unnecessary. This route includes a quiet gardener takedown, making it suitable for the associated gold objective. Normal completion remains separate from chasing a medal. The unexpected passenger on the return journey is a scripted story development rather than a random encounter.
Cross the property and enter the bathroom
During the drive, Simeon explains that the garage is locked. Enter through the house instead of trying to ram the garage door open.
- Drive to the yellow objective at the house. Get out and locate the low climbable entrance beside the main driveway, near the tennis-court side of the property. Climb over on foot.
- Enter stealth and approach the leaf-blower gardener from behind. Target him at close range and perform the prompted quiet melee takedown. Shooting is unnecessary for this route.
- Go around the house to the carport and parked work pickup. Climb onto the vehicle, then onto the low roof above it. A different car outside the property is not a dependable substitute for this clear climbing route.
- Enter through the open window above the carport. You arrive in the upstairs bathroom. Check that stealth is active again after climbing before stepping into the hall.
Garage, return journey and the showroom crash
The garage route inside the house is short. Red resident markers warn you about detection; they do not identify enemies you need to kill.
- Leave the bathroom quietly and move past the bedrooms toward the staircase ahead. Do not explore occupied rooms or start a fight with the residents.
- Go downstairs and turn left toward the kitchen side. Amanda and her trainer are occupied there. Use the garage doorway before the kitchen, beneath the staircase area, rather than walking into their conversation.
- Enter the yellow BeeJay XL. The garage door opens for your departure. Follow the GPS back to the dealership and keep control of the SUV when Michael reveals himself in the back seat.
- Stop at the designated position opposite the dealership and allow Michael’s instruction to finish. Then line up with the marked corner showroom window. Drive through the glass; the adjoining solid wall is not an equivalent target.
- After the scene, you control Michael. Target Simeon in melee, dodge his attack and follow the dodge with a short counterattack. Restore your defensive position rather than trying to extend every combination indefinitely.
- Repeat until the closing scene begins. Do not leave the fighting area to search for another vehicle. Wait for the result; Michael then becomes available as a regular playable protagonist.
Understand the quiet route instead of memorising camera directions
Your reference points are the work truck, carport roof, bathroom window, staircase and garage door. These landmarks are more useful than memorising one screen-relative left-and-right sequence around the entire property. If you turn the camera after entering, find the staircase before moving. In the lower hall, briefly hold your position if a resident steps across your line, then continue when the way is clear. Sprinting saves little if it causes a retry. Once inside the SUV, sneaking through the household is no longer an unfinished objective. Continue with the return drive rather than searching the rooms for more items.
Troubleshooting
Identify the failed section before simply increasing your speed. A wrong entrance and a mistimed counter need different corrections.
| Problem | Check | Correction |
|---|---|---|
| The garage cannot be entered from outside. | You went straight to the target car instead of entering the house. | Use the work pickup, carport roof and open bathroom window. |
| The gardener attack is not counted as quiet. | You attacked early, ran at him or forgot stealth. | Approach closely from behind in stealth, then use the melee action. |
| Residents detect Franklin indoors. | You did not resume stealth after climbing or entered an occupied room. | Check stealth and follow the stairs directly to the garage doorway. |
| You choose the wrong vehicle. | The climbing aid was confused with the repossession target. | Use the pickup for climbing and the yellow BeeJay XL for departure. |
| The crash does not trigger the next scene. | You struck a wall or the wrong side of the building. | After Michael’s instruction, aim at the marked corner window. |
| Simeon hits during an extended combination. | You continued attacking as his counter began. | Target him, dodge, counter briefly and defend again. |
Treat gold objectives as a separate replay plan
The confirmed extra requirements are finishing within 05:00, taking no damage during the fight with Simeon and knocking out the gardener with a stealth attack. Five minutes is a medal target, not a universal failure countdown for ordinary completion. Learn the stairs and garage doorway first, then optimise driving and scene transitions during a complete replay. For the damage-free fight, the cautious dodge-and-counter route is easier to control than an aggressive extended combination. A remaining medal requirement can be added in another completed run. Check the results screen rather than assuming that passing the story mission also earned gold.
FAQ, saves and editions
Must you knock out the gardener for every normal completion? Walkthroughs also describe passing him; this guide uses the quiet takedown as a clear learning route and for Dirt Nap. Can you remove or bypass Michael before returning? His appearance is the intended transition, not another freely chosen vehicle task. Should you draw a weapon against Simeon? Follow the prompted melee lesson. The route covers PC Legacy/Enhanced and the listed consoles. Camera options and bindings differ, so follow your active stealth, climb and dodge prompts. Save normal story progress outside the assignment. Mission replay through the menu is then useful for medals; it does not promise that an arbitrary earlier checkpoint becomes a freely explorable story-world save.
