PRIVACY NOTICE.
1. Controller and contact
The controller is AMZ Racing GmbH, Am Brunnacker 9/1, 69469 Weinheim, Germany, represented by managing director Leonard Zimmermann. Privacy enquiries: info@amz-racing.de, telephone +49 170 5950499.
2. Hosting and access data
The website is configured for hosting by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Requests involve technical connection data, potentially including IP address, timestamp, requested file, browser, operating system, referrer and HTTP status. Processing supports delivery, reliability and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in secure operation.
3. Retention of technical data
Technical logs support operation, legal obligations and investigation of specific security incidents where necessary. Actual retention periods depend on the hosting account settings and contractual terms. The website does not operate its own visitor database or create visitor profiles.
4. Search, filters and cookies
The application sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Search and filters process input in browser memory without sending it to a search service or storing it permanently. Only after you choose a language is it saved under vicepath:language:v1 in this browser’s Local Storage, so you are not asked again on every page. You can change it using the language selector; clearing site data removes it. No site cookie is set for this and your choice is not sent to a translation service.
4a. Local checklists
The interactive Vice City and San Andreas checklists store checks, counters and selected edition in this browser’s Local Storage under separate keys vicepath:vice-city:100:v1 and vicepath:san-andreas:100:v1. This information is not sent to us or other services. All language editions share local progress; original and Definitive Edition use separate lists. Data remains until reset or site data is cleared. Export saves both edition profiles for the chosen game in a file at your request; import reads a backup you select entirely within the browser. Exports do not contain GTA game saves. Without available browser storage, changes only remain for the session.
4b. Purpose and legal basis of local storage
Local storage is used only for your explicitly selected language and the saved checklist progress you request. It is not analysed for advertising or user profiling. For device access necessary to provide these requested features, we rely on Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Where personal data is processed, the basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our interest is providing the convenience features you selected. You can reset saved progress or clear site data in your browser. Language preferences remain until overwritten or deleted.
5. Contacting us
When you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide to respond. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Article 6(1)(b) for contractual enquiries. Enquiries are deleted when no longer needed unless legal duties or legitimate reasons require retention.
6. Fonts, external sources and RSS
Fonts and artwork are served with the website, without an additional connection to Google Fonts. External sources are visited only when you follow their links, at which point the destination provider’s terms apply. RSS is available without an account. No newsletter or contact form is offered.
7. Advertising and Google services
Search Console verifies our site through a publicly accessible HTML file. An AdSense meta tag also identifies the associated publisher account; ads.txt lists that account as the intended direct advertising seller. These files and declarations do not load Google advertising or tracking scripts or set cookies themselves. Advertising is not enabled. The application loads neither AdSense ads nor a Google consent message, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager; no affiliate tracking takes place. There is therefore currently no advertising consent to give or withdraw on this site. Before advertising can be enabled, a suitable certified consent solution and updated information about the actual recipients, purposes, data types, legal bases, transfers and retention must be available. Non-essential advertising access must wait for the required consent; refusal and later withdrawal must be possible.
8. Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. Consent can be withdrawn for the future. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Please use the contact details above for requests.
9. HTTPS and changes
The public website is delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection. These notices will be updated when hosting or features change. Updated: 8 November 2026.
